About the event
We’re hearing a lot about the therapeutic benefits of journaling and how writing things down can help promote physical and psychological well-being, including relieving stress and anxiety. But what does this actually look like when we sit down to journal? can we get the most out of a journaling practice for transformational purposes? In this two-hour workshop with Dr Rachel Newsome you will explore a simple but effective 5-step transformational journaling process underpinned by research at the intersection of neuroscience and expressive writing aimed at fostering cognitive flexibility and supporting a greater degree of self-awareness.
